Historical evolution
In ancient times, Longkou was the Yidi of Qingzhou. Shang, Western Zhou and spring and Autumn period were the places of Lai state. The Warring States period was the territory of Qi. In the 26th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (221 BC), it began in Huangxian County, which was subordinate to Qi County, and then to Jiaodong county. Huangshan is 20 Li south of the county.
