In the fourth year of Taiping's rejuvenation of the state in the Northern Song Dynasty (979), the military army was rebuilt into Jianchang army. In the second year of Chunhua (1991), Nanfeng began to join the Jianchang army. Zhidao three years (997) belong to Jiangnan Road (road rule Jiangning is Nanjing). In the first year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1131), it was changed to Jiangnan East Road (road to Jiangning). In four years, it returned to Jiangnan West Road. In the spring of 1138, three townships in Nanjing of Nanfeng were set up and Guangchang county was established.
In the summer of 1276, Nanfeng came under the jurisdiction of the Yuan government. The next year from Jianchang road belongs to Jiangxi Province. From the first year to the third year of Shunzhi (1644-1666), Nanfeng belonged to Zhu Yousong, the king of Fu, Zhu Yujian, the king of Tang, and Zhu Youlang, the king of GUI.
In the Qing Dynasty, it still belonged to Jianchang Prefecture. On July 29th, 1856 (August 29th, 1856), Yang Fuqing of the Taiping Army led his troops to capture Nanfeng and returned to the Qing Dynasty two years later.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), prefectures and prefectures were abolished. Nanfeng County was directly under Jiangxi Province. On August 17, 1949, the first battalion of the 483rd regiment of the Fuzhou military division of the Jiangxi military region of the Chinese people's Liberation Army liberated Nanfeng, belonging to the Fuzhou military division. On October 1, the people's Republic of China was founded and Nanfeng County remained under the same jurisdiction.
On September 13, 1950, Fuzhou district was changed into Fuzhou district.
