Jing'an County, belonging to Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northwest of Jiangxi Province and the north of Yichun city. It is located between 28 ° 46 ′ - 29 ° 06 ′ N and 114 ° 55 ′ - 115 ° 31 ′ e, adjacent to Anyi County in the East, Fengxin County in the south, Xiushui County in the west, Wuning County in the north and Yongxiu County in the northeast. Jing'an county has a maximum horizontal distance of 37 km from east to west and a maximum vertical distance of 33.1 km from north to south, with a total area of 1377.49 square kilometers. Jing'an county was established in 937, the first year of the Southern Tang Dynasty, and many historical and cultural celebrities were born, such as Li Shuzheng, the Minister of Ming Dynasty, Qingtian Kuangzhong, and Shu Menglan, the author of Baixiang CI PU. The forest coverage rate of Jing'an is 84.1%, and jiulingjian is 1794.49 meters above sea level. Historical evolution
In the spring and Autumn period, Jing'an belonged to Wu. In 473 B.C., Yue destroyed Wu and Jing'an belonged to Yue. In the 35th year of King Xian of Zhou Dynasty (334 BC), Chu and Yue were united, and Jing'an belonged to Chu; in the 26th year of Qin Shihuang (221 BC), Jing'an belonged to Jiujiang county.
In the fourth year of Gaozu (203 BC) of the Western Han Dynasty, Jiujiang county was changed into Huainan County, leading Yuzhang county and other four counties, and Jing'an Prefecture belonged to Yuzhang county. In 154 BC, Yuzhang county was in haihun County, and Jing'an was in Haihun county. In 9 ad, Wang Mang usurped the Han Dynasty, changed Yuzhang county to Jiujiang County, changed Haihun county to Yisheng County, and Jing'an was in Yisheng county. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Yuzhang county was restored and attached to the Department of governor of Yangzhou. In the 16th year of Yongyuan (104th year), Jianchang County was established in haihun, and Jing'an Prefecture belonged to Jianchang County.
During the Three Kingdoms period, it belonged to Wu, and Jing'an still belonged to Jianchang County of Yuzhang Prefecture. However, in the first year of Yongping (291) of the Western Jin Dynasty, Jiangzhou was set up and 10 counties such as Yuzhang were led. In 551, the second year of Dabao at the end of Liang Dynasty, it is analyzed that Jianchang and other five counties in Yuzhang county are Yuning County, and Jing'an still belongs to Jianchang County.
In the ninth year of kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (589), Chen was pacified, the county was abolished, and the general manager's office of Hongzhou was set up; in the second year of Daye (606), Hongzhou was renamed Yuzhang county and led Jianchang County, and Jing'an still belonged to Jianchang County.

During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, in the first year of Wu qianzhen (927), Jing'an town was promoted to Jing'an town. Jingan county was established in the first year of Shengyuan (937) of the Southern Tang Dynasty, and still belongs to Hongzhou. In the second year of Jiaotai (959) of the Southern Tang Dynasty, Hongzhou was changed into Nanchang Prefecture and promoted to Nandu. Jing'an county is its territory.
In 975, Nanchang was renamed Hongzhou. In the fourth year of Tianxi (1020), Jiangnan Road was divided into East Road and West Road, and Hongzhou road was divided into West Road. In the second year of Longxing (1164) of the Southern Song Dynasty, Hongzhou was promoted to Longxing Prefecture, and Jing'an county was subordinate to it as before.
In 1275, it was changed from Fu to Lu. In 1277, it was established in Jiangxi Province and other places. Under the province, there were roads. Jing'an county is Longxing road. In the 21th year of Zhiyuan Dynasty (12,85), the word "long" was changed to "long", which was called Longxing road; in the 18th year of Zhizheng Dynasty (1358), Chen Youliang was stationed in Longxing, and Jing'an county was under his jurisdiction. In 1362, Zhu Yuanzhang took Longxing, abandoned the road and changed it into Hongdu mansion; in August 1363, it was renamed Nanchang mansion. Jing'an is a county.
In 1376, Jiangxi Province and other departments were established after the strike of Hongwu Province in Ming Dynasty. Jiangxi Province was divided into five branches, under which there was a government, and Jing'an County belonged to Nanchang government of nanruidao. In the early Qing Dynasty, following the system of Ming Dynasty, the Ministry was changed into a Province, under which there were five branches, and Jing'an County belonged to Nanchang government of Nanfu Jiandu.
After the revolution of 1911 in the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Jingan county was directly under the province. In the third year of the Republic of China, Jiangxi Province was divided into 4 dao81 counties, and Jing'an county was subordinate to Xunyang road. In the 15th year of the Republic of China, the national revolutionary army conquered Jiangxi and abolished the road. Jing'an county was directly under the province. In the 21st year of the Republic of China, Jiangxi Province was divided into 13 administrative regions, and Jing'an county was the second administrative region. In March of the 28th year of the Republic of China, Nanchang city was occupied by the Japanese, counties in northern Jiangxi Province were occupied by the Japanese, Jiangxi Province was expanded into 11 administrative regions, and Jing'an county was the tenth Administrative Region (occupied area). In August of the Republic of China, Jiangxi Province was divided into nine administrative regions, and Jing'an county was the ninth administrative region.
On June 3, 1949, the people's Liberation Army liberated Jing'an county. On August 9, the people's Government of Jing'an county was established, initially under the leadership of Jiujiang district; after September, it was under the leadership of Nanchang district.
In September 1950, Nanchang district was renamed Nanchang special district, and Jing'an county was subordinate to Nanchang special district.
On the new year's day of 1959, Nanchang district was abolished, Yichun district was established, and Jing'an county was subordinate to Yichun district.
At the end of 1966, Yichun district was renamed Yichun District, and Jing'an county was subordinate to Yichun district.
In August 2000, Yichun district was renamed Yichun City, and Jing'an county was subordinate to Yichun city.

On June 3, 1949, Jing'an county was liberated. There are 5 districts, 1 town, 14 townships and 91 Baotou in the initial stage. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Baojia was abolished and Jing'an county was set up with 5 districts and 40 villages.
In May 1951, the Sixth District was separated from the Second District, and the district government was stationed in Zhoufang. At this time, there are 6 districts, 1 Shuangxi street and 50 townships in Jing'an county.
In March 1952, Jing'an county set up 6 districts and 70 townships. In April 1955, districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were renamed as Shuangxi, Renshou, Gaohu, tangbu, Xitou and Zhoufang districts in turn, with 20 townships under their jurisdiction. From July 1956 to August 1958, Shuangxi, Xitou and Zhoufang districts were withdrawn, Renshou district was withdrawn in March 1957, Gaohu district was withdrawn in March 1958, and tangbu district was withdrawn in August of the same year. 20 townships in Jing'an county were merged into one town and seven townships.
In February 1958, cadres went to the countryside to build leigongjian reclamation farm. In October of the same year, 159 senior agricultural production cooperatives in Jing'an county jointly formed 7 people's communes (hereinafter referred to as communes). In November, there were 1 town, 7 communes, 148 production teams and 710 production teams in Jing'an county.
In May 1960, the town people's commune was also established in Shuangxi town. In March 1961, Renshou commune was divided into Shixia commune and Gaohu commune into Shagang commune. In August of the same year, Gaohu commune and Shagang commune were adjusted into Gaohu commune, Xitou commune, Laibao commune and Taoyuan commune, tangbu commune into Guanzhuang commune and Dongyuan commune into Xiangwu commune and Xiling commune. In January 1962, tangbu district was restored to govern the six communes of Dongyuan, Xiling, Xiangwu, Guanzhuang, tangbu and koudu. In November of the same year, tangbu district was abolished. In September 1962, the urban commune was divided into Shuangxi town and Shuangxi commune. In March 1963, xiangtian commune was divided into Huanglong commune. In April 1966, Jing'an county set up one town, 16 communes and one reclamation farm.
From May 1966 to August 1968, the division of Jing'an County remained unchanged. In September 1968, Shuangxi and Huanglong communes were merged into xiangtian commune, Shixia commune into Renshou commune, Laibao commune, Taoyuan commune and Xitou commune into Gaohu commune, tangbu commune into Guanzhuang commune, Xiangwu commune and Xiling commune into Dongyuan commune. In March 1972, Gaohu commune was divided into Shuikou commune. In January 1973, Guanzhuang commune was separated from Shijing commune. In April 1984, rural administrative organizations were restored, and people's governments were set up in 10 townships of one town in Jing'an county. In November 1984, Dongyuan township was renamed Zhongyuan Township, and Zhoufang township was renamed Baofeng township. In May 1985, three townships, leigongjian, SANZHAOLUN and Yanzhu, were added. At the end of 1987, there was one town and 13 townships in Jing'an County, namely Shuangxi town and xiangtian, Renshou, Baofeng, Shuikou, Gaohu, koudu, Shijing, Guanzhuang, Zhongyuan, Xiling, leigongjian, SANZHAOLUN and Yanzhu townships. There are 5 villages in Shuangxi town and 104 villages in other townships. At this time, there are three forest farms in Honggang, Beigang and daqishan and Jiuling tungsten mine. Luowan hydropower station and 505 provincial public institutions are located in the county.
In December 1990, a Management Bureau was set up in Luowan reservoir area, which included tangbu village and Nancun village in Guanzhuang Township, Longgang Village and louqian village in Shijing Township and Luowan reservoir joint venture.
