Nanjing County Nanjing County, under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. Located in the northwest of Zhangzhou, it covers an area of 1962 square kilometers, with a population of 360 thousand, and has 11 towns. Nanjing County, formerly known as lanshui County, was established in the second year of the reign of the Yuan Dynasty (1322), and it is subordinate to Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. In 1356, it was renamed Nanjing County. Since 1985, it has been under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou city. In August 2019, Zhangzhou high tech Industrial Development Zone has realized the integration of district and land. The 18 administrative villages of Jingcheng Town on the South Bank of Xixi of Jiulongjiang River are under the management of Zhangzhou high tech Industrial Development Zone.
Nanjing is one of the key hometown of overseas Chinese and one of the important ancestral places of Taiwan compatriots in Zhangzhou city. There are more than 30000 overseas Chinese, more than 1 million Taiwan compatriots from Nanjing, and the ancestral places of Taiwan celebrities such as Xiao Wanchang and Lu Xiulian are all in Nanjing. Historical evolution
Nanjing County belongs to Yangzhou in Shang Dynasty, seven Fujian areas in Zhou and spring and Autumn period, and Fujian and Yue areas in Warring States period.
In the 33rd year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (214 BC), after Qin conquered the Baiyue nationality and other nationalities in the border area, the whole country was divided into 36 counties (later expanded to 46 counties). The former place of Minyue was divided into Minzhong county and Nanjing County
After the fall of Qin Dynasty, in the dispute between Chu and Han Dynasty, Liu Bang formally recognized Wu Zhu as the king of Fujian and Yue after he completed the great cause of unification. Today, Nanjing is under the jurisdiction of Fujian and Vietnam.
In the first year of Yuanfeng of Han Dynasty (110 BC), in order to strengthen the rule of Fujian and Vietnam, the Han government established Ye County in Fujian and Vietnam. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was renamed Houguan County, which was subordinate to Kuaiji County, and the county government was in Ye (today's Fuzhou). Yexian County is the oldest county in Fujian Province, and Nanjing belongs to it. Nanjing is Fujian, and all Fujian (Zhangzhou, etc.) is recorded in the geographical book of the Northern Song Dynasty.
In 260, another Jian'an county was established in the south of Kuaiji County, and Nanjing belonged to Houguan county.
In the third year of Jin Taikang (282), due to the increase of population and economic development, Jin'an county was established in some areas of Jian'an county. Jin'an county is governed by Houguan county (today's Fuzhou). It has 8 counties, including Jin'an county. Nanjing belongs to Jin'an county.
During the period of Liang Tianjian (502-518) in the northern and Southern Dynasties, Jin'an county was divided into jianlanshui county (to be studied), and Nanjing belonged to it. In 592, lanshui county was merged into Longxi County. Soon, Longxi County was merged into Nan'an County, and Nan'an county was also abolished. It was not until more than 100 years in the middle of the Tang Dynasty that another county was set up in Zhangzhou: on the ninth day of December in the second year of chuigong (686 AD), Zhangzhou was established in the south of Longxi County in the south of Quanzhou It was only in the year of Jiushi (700 AD) that the state was finally set up, and a small part of Chaozhou and Zhangzhou were set up, with Zhangpu and Huaien counties. Today, most of Nanjing County belongs to Zhangpu and Longxi counties. In 777, Longyan County belonged to Zhangzhou. Zhangzhou governs Zhangpu, Longxi and Longyan counties. Today, the jurisdiction of Nanjing is at the junction of three counties.
In 1322, Nansheng county was established at the junction of Longxi, Longyan and Zhangpu counties. The county was located in Jinping and nanshang, and later moved to the old county of Jinping and was subordinate to Zhangzhou Road, Fujian Province. In 1356, Nansheng county government moved to Lanling (today's Jingcheng), renamed Nanjing County, still under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou road.
In 1368, the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, Zhangzhou road was changed into Zhangzhou Prefecture, which belonged to Nanjing. In the 25th year of Hongwu (1392 AD), Fujian Province set Ningwu Road, Yanting road and Zhangquan road according to the chafensi. Zhangzhou Prefecture belonged to Zhangquan Road, which governed Quanzhou, Putian and Zhangzhou.
In the 29th year of Hongwu (1396 A.D.), Fujian Province was adjusted and merged into Jianning road and Funing Road according to the chafensi. Zhangzhou Prefecture belonged to Funing Road, and Funing Road governed Fuzhou, Ningde, Quanzhou, Putian and Zhangzhou
In 1644, the first year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty, Ming Dynasty died. Zhu Yousong (Hongguang), the king of fortune, was founded in Nanjing, and Nanjing is one of them. In June of the second year of Shunzhi, Zheng Hongkui and Huang Daozhou presented Zhu Yujian (Longwu), the king of Tang Dynasty, to Fuzhou. Nanjing was Zhu Yujian's base. In October of the third year of Shunzhi, general Belle polo of the Qing Dynasty led his troops to pacify Fujian and Guangdong, Zhangzhou returned to the Qing Dynasty, and Nanjing also returned. Under the Ming Dynasty, Zhangzhou still had a government, which was subordinate to the Chief Secretary of Fujian Province and Nanjing.
In 1912, the government, prefectures and departments were abolished, and Fujian province implemented a three-level local political system. Road is divided into East Road, West Road, South Road and North Road; now Zhangzhou county belongs to West Road, and Nanjing belongs to it.
In June of 2003, four roads were set up in Fujian, Xiamen, tingzhang (formerly tingzhanglong Road) and Jian'an. Nanjing belongs to tingzhang Road, which is located in Zhangzhou.
In the 14th year of the Republic of China, the road was abandoned. Fujian province implements a provincial and county level local political system, and each county is directly under Fujian Province.
In April of the 21st year of the Republic of China, the East Route Army of the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army went to Zhangzhou to set up the Minnan Revolutionary Committee, which belonged to Nanjing. In May of the same year, the Soviet government of Nanping district was established at the junction of Longyan, Nanjing and Zhangping, and Nanjing was under the jurisdiction of hongshe, Banling, yueshui and yingkeng; and the Soviet government of Jingbei was established at Keling, which was under the jurisdiction of Nanjing, Pinghe, Yongding and Longyan.
On November 20, the 22nd year of the Republic of China, with Chen Mingshu, Jiang guangnai, Cai tingkai and other 19th route army generals as the core, united with some anti Japanese and anti Chiang forces in the Kuomintang, launched the Fujian incident in Fuzhou and established the people's revolutionary government of the people's Republic of China, namely the Fujian people's government. On December 11 of the same year, Fujian was divided into four provinces, namely minhai, Yanjian, Xingquan and Longting, and two special cities, Fuzhou and Xiamen.
In January of the 23rd year of the Republic of China, due to Chiang Kai Shek's key siege and other reasons, the Fujian people's government failed. In July of the same year, the administrative inspector system was implemented, and the province was divided into 10 administrative inspector districts. Nanjing was the Sixth District, and the district office was in Zhangpu. In the same year, the Minnan special committee of the Communist Party of China established the Soviet government of jinghepu County in Pinghe ouliao, which governed the border area of Nanjing, Pinghe and Zhangpu counties.
In the 24th year of the Republic of China, the whole province was divided into seven administrative supervision districts and one city. The original Sixth District was changed into the Fifth District, which belonged to Nanjing.
In the 35th year of the Republic of China, Nanjing County was assigned to the sixth administrative supervision district, which was located in Longyan.
In April of the 36th year of the Republic of China, the administrative supervision district of the whole province was readjusted, and Nanjing belonged to the fifth administrative supervision district. By September of the 38th year of the Republic of China, the administrative division of Nanjing County remained unchanged.
In October 1949, when the county people's government was established, in order to support the front work, the first administrative division was carried out. The county was divided into six districts, under the jurisdiction of two towns and 13 townships, and took over 159 Baohe and 1588 a of the former Kuomintang county government. The former fifth administrative region was changed into the sixth administrative region, which belonged to Nanjing.
On March 14, 1950, the sixth administrative region was changed into the office of Zhangzhou administrative inspector general, which belonged to Nanjing.
On September 14, 1950, the office of Zhangzhou administrative inspector was changed into the office of Longxi District Commissioner of Fujian Provincial People's government, which belongs to Nanjing.
On April 1, 1967, the Longxi regional Commissioner's office was paralyzed, and the military control committee of Fujian Longxi special region of the Chinese people's Liberation Army was established, under the jurisdiction of Nanjing.
In May 1968, the Longxi regional Revolutionary Committee was established, which belonged to Nanjing.
In March 1978, the Revolutionary Committee of Longxi district was transformed into the administrative office of Longxi District, under the jurisdiction of Nanjing.
On May 14, 1985, the administrative office of Longxi district was changed into the people's Government of Zhangzhou City, under the jurisdiction of Nanjing.

In November 1950, with the construction of local political power, the local Baojia system of the national government was abolished, and the second administrative division was carried out. In order to facilitate the land reform, Chuannan Township, the first district, was set up to establish the seventh district. The District People's government was set up in chuanchangxu, and the county had seven districts, one town and 118 townships.
In July 1952, the third division of administrative regions was carried out. In order to facilitate the work, the Fourth District, Hexi Township and the Fifth District, Kuiyang Township, were divided and merged to establish the eighth district. The District People's government was located in Hexi market. In the same year, the county set up eight districts, under the jurisdiction of a town, 117 townships, 31 resident groups.
In November 1954, Fengtian township was set up in the first district to establish local state-owned Nanjing Baolin farm, which was limited to hankouzhai, zhouzaitou, Dingzhou and Xinxu under the jurisdiction of Dongfang and Baolin. In September 1958, the scope was extended to Fengan, Xizhou, Dongbo, Hongbo, Dongtian, shanbian, Tuwei, Geshan, xiadai, Shanyuan, Qiaotou, Zhonggu, Xiabei, Yanta and Huangjing in Heping County. The name of the farm was changed to the local state-owned Nanjing Toyota farm in Fujian Province, which was directly under the jurisdiction of the province. In 1959, the scope was narrowed down to Toyota, Baolin, feng'an, Hongxing, Wuzhou and Baping. The site was originally located in xinlouzipu, and was relocated to hengshantou in 1973.
On September 5, 1955, the fourth administrative division was carried out. The third district and the fourth district were merged to form Jinshan District. The name of each district was also changed to the name of the resident. At the same time, the water township (boat people's organization) was established. There are 7 districts, 2 towns, 1 farm, 126 townships and 31 resident groups in the county.
On May 15, 1956, Jingcheng district and Hexi District were abolished, while Shancheng District, Longshan District, changjiao District, Chuanchang district and Chengxi district were retained. On February 19, 1957, eight townships in Chengxi district were set up under the jurisdiction of Longxi County, with four districts, one farm and 53 townships in one town.
