[plant morphology] Syringa pinnata
Erect shrubs, up to 3-4 meters high. The bark is grayish brown. Its leaflets are 7-11, ovate, ovate elliptic or ovate lanceolate, with short stalks, apex rounded or acute, base rounded or broadly cuneate. Panicles axillary; Flowers Lavender. Capsule reddish brown, less than 1 cm long.
Born in alpine shrubs.
