Spicy fried rice noodles
Introduction:
"I can't get on the bus after class at noon. It's 12:20 when I walk back. I have to go to class at two o'clock in the afternoon... What can I do in such a short time? Open the refrigerator and find that there are rice noodles, cantaloupe bought from the supermarket last time and a little cabbage left from the last time. Then make fried rice noodles. I used to eat them in the small shop downstairs. Although they taste good, the quantity is too small. Moreover, if I catch up with the meal, I have to wait for a long time... So I tried to make them myself. I didn't expect that the result was unexpectedly good ~ ~ "
Production steps:
Step 1: rice noodles are bought in the supermarket and soaked well. If you buy dry rice noodles, you'd better soak them in cold water the day before and use them directly the next day. (cold water bubble can soften rice noodles, but it won't break easily)
Step 2: pour the eggs into a bowl, add half eggshell water and half a teaspoon salt, and mix well.
Step 3: pour a little oil into the pan. When the oil is completely hot, pour in the egg liquid. After frying, use a shovel to cut it into small pieces and put it out for use.
Step 4: tear the cabbage into small pieces by hand, cut the melon into pieces the size of a cross knife, and slice the sausage.
Step 5: pour the oil into the pot, add the dried pepper and Chinese prickly ash, and deep fry over low heat. When the dried pepper begins to turn black, skim it with the pepper, leaving only the base oil.
Step 6: add the melon and cabbage and stir fry until soft.
Step 7: take a clean small bowl, put in half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little chicken essence. Mix well.
Step 8: pour in the egg and sausage, pour the sauce into the fire and stir fry until all kinds of dishes are evenly colored.
Step 9: add a spoonful of ketchup and stir fry over high heat.
Step 10: add the rice noodles, stir fry quickly until the rice noodles are colored and softened.
Step 11: add chili oil and stir well. (if you like spicy food, you can put more. If you don't like spicy food, you can just put some spicy oil or not.)
Step 12: taste the taste. If the salt is not enough, add a little more. At this time, use chopsticks, one in each hand, and keep stirring up the rice noodles to make them evenly heated and tasty.
Step 13: add some minced garlic before taking it out of the pot, stir fry it over high heat for a few times.
Step 14: it's done!
Step 15: finished product drawing~
Step 16: change the angle~
