Sausage rolls

Production steps:
Step 1: put the yeast into a bowl and soak in warm water for 5 minutes.
Step 2: add flour to the bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 3: cover the basin with plastic film and wake up for about 1 hour.
Step 4: a sausage.
Step 5: cut the sausage into small pieces and set aside.
Step 6: knead the dough into a smooth dough.
Step 7: roll the dough into a thin cake with a rolling pin.
Step 8: Sprinkle salad oil, salt and sausages evenly on the pancake.
Step 9: roll up the spread cake along the length direction to form a long strip.
Step 10: cut the strip into small long pieces with a knife.
Step 11: make a small dose into a roll. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 40 minutes.

White granulated sugar: 5g
Sausage: half a root
Salad oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: 1. When mixing flour, 5g white granulated sugar can't be omitted, it helps fermentation. 2. A good green body must wake up twice and steam it well. 3. Make sure you put it in the pot in cold water. It'll steam well. 4. After steaming, turn off the heat. Don't rush to boil, simmer for another 5 minutes to avoid retraction.
