Hand pilaf
Introduction:

He chose mutton, carrot, onion, clear oil, mutton oil and rice, added water and salt and simmered in low heat. This kind of rice has the characteristics of color, taste and fragrance, which can arouse people's appetite. So he ate a small bowl sooner or later. Half a month later, his body gradually recovered. People around him were very surprised and thought that he had taken some panacea. Later, he passed on this "prescription" to everyone, and it has become a common dish for Uygur people today. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the lamb chops and cut them into pieces.
Step 2: wash onion and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: wash carrot and cut into hob pieces.
Step 4: wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.
Step 5: heat the oil, add onion and stir fry.

Step 9: add water, salt, cumin powder, five spice powder, stir well.
Step 10: bring the fire to a boil.
Step 11: cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 12: first remove the carrots and onions and put them on the bottom of the electric pressure cooker.
Step 13: put the lamb chops on it.
Step 14: spread the rice evenly on the lamb chops.
Step 15: pour the stewed soup on the top without rice.
Step 16: cover and cook.
Step 17: after cooking, open the lid and shovel well.
Step 18: cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
