Black sesame Glutinous Rice Balls

Production steps:
Step 1: put the black sesame in the oven and bake at 160 ℃ for 5 minutes until fragrant, then remove and cool.
Step 2: pour into blender and grind into black sesame powder.
Step 3: add sugar and lard into the black sesame powder, mix well and refrigerate for more than one hour.
Step 4: take it out, divide it into equal parts, and rub it into small balls.
Step 5: slowly pour warm water into the glutinous rice flour.
Step 6: mix and knead until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes.
Step 7: knead the dough into long strips and divide into small dosage forms.
Step 8: take a small dosage form, flatten it slightly after kneading the palm, slowly thin the dough with your hand, put in the black sesame filling, close the mouth with your hand, and knead it gently.
Step 9: Boil the water in the pot, put in the green dumplings, stir the dumplings along the edge of the pot with a frying spoon, so as to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook the dumplings in high heat until they float, turn the heat down, cover the lid and cook. Add some cold water when the dumplings open. Add cold water for three times until the dumplings become bigger and softer.

Black Sesame: 40g
White granulated sugar: 40g
Lard: 20g
Warm water: 85ml
Note: 1, do Tangyuan, choose glutinous rice flour or Tangyuan powder can. 2. The skin of Tangyuan should not be too thick, otherwise it is not easy to be cooked, and the taste is not good.
