Production steps:
Step 1: put the oil in the hot pot. After the oil is hot, cut the potatoes into pieces and fry them until the edge is golden. Add a little salt to taste.
Step 2: fry the potatoes like this, and set aside.
Step 3: add oil to the pot, heat the oil, add ginger slices, pour in chicken wing roots, stir fry, this step is mainly to remove water, so that the meat is not fishy, must fry until the pot meat smaller, as shown in the figure below

Step 7: the last step is to add garlic sprouts. Our family doesn't eat monosodium glutamate, so we don't add it. If you like, you can add monosodium glutamate when you start cooking.
