Lotus root & wax gourd
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and peel the lotus root.
Step 2: cut it into a round piece and put it into water.
Step 3: add a little salt into the boiling water pot, blanch water, take out after breaking, cool with cold boiled water, control the water content.
Step 4: add a proper amount of Guozhen and warm boiled water into a clean container, and stir evenly. (the more concentrated the fruit is, the more beautiful the lotus root will be.)
Step 5: pour the boiled lotus root into the fruit treasure water and stir it. It's better to let the fruit treasure water go beyond the lotus root.
Step 6: put the lid on and refrigerate for about 1 day.
Step 7: peel and slice the wax gourd.
Step 8: press the wax gourd into various shapes or cut into long strips.
Step 9: add a little salt into the boiling water pot, blanch water, take out after breaking, cool with cold boiled water, control the water content.
Step 10: in a clean container, add appropriate amount of Guozhen and warm boiled water, and stir evenly. (the higher the concentration of fruit, the more beautiful the color of wax gourd will be.)
Step 11: put the blanched wax gourd pieces into the fruit treasure water. It's better to let the fruit treasure water go beyond the wax gourd pieces.
Step 12: put the lid on and refrigerate for about one day.
