Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cabbage leaves and set aside.
Step 2: prepare eggs and shrimp skin.
Step 3: blanch the cabbage leaves with boiling water.
Step 4: beat the eggs into egg liquid, pour proper amount of oil into the pot, pour in the egg liquid, when the surface of the egg begins to solidify, use a shovel to stir it into diced pieces and put it out for use.
Step 5: put the above raw materials together and add oil, salt, five spice powder and sesame oil.
Step 6: stir the flour with water until it is snowflake like. Knead well into dumpling dough, cover with wet cloth and knead well again for 15 minutes.

Step 8: flatten the dough and roll it into dumpling skin.
Step 9: put stuffing in the middle of dumpling skin.
Step 10: make a small bowl shaped dumpling with your left hand, pinch the edge of the dumpling with your right hand, and fold the dumpling into a crescent shape.
Step 11: make dumplings.
Step 12: when cooking dumplings, put some salt in the pot to prevent the dumplings from sticking together. When the water boils, add a small bowl of cold water. When it boils again, it can be seen that the dumplings have surfaced. Turn off the fire and take out the dumplings with a colander.
