Octopus balls
Introduction:
"Today, I'd like to present you with octopus balls. I heard that octopus balls are very popular in the Shanghai World Expo. It's very expensive to buy them. It's economical to make them yourself."
Production steps:
Step 1: props: the pot for making octopus balls and the iron awl for turning balls should also have oil brush. It's broken long ago. The brush doesn't matter. Just have the pot and awl.
Step 2: materials (and 2 eggs).
Step 3: put the powder, egg and water in the basin and stir well.
Step 4: light a medium heat in the pan, add proper amount of oil to heat the pan (it's convenient to brush oil with a brush, I use napkin instead of a brush).
Step 5: lower the heat, pour in the soup, and put one octopus in each.
Step 6: sprinkle in chopped ginger and chopped green onion.
Step 7: when the bottom is formed, turn each ball over with an iron awl (it's more difficult at first, but it's better in the second pot).
Step 8: more smooth, keep turning the ball, golden appearance, to achieve the crisp outside and tender inside.
Step 9: fill the plate with octopus ball sauce and Sala sauce, then sprinkle with Chai Yu Fen Pian and Qinghai grass residue, and make 48.
