Production steps:
Step 1: take a large lettuce and remove the dead leaves.
Step 2: remove the side of the dish and break off the leaves as completely as possible.
Step 3: wash the leaves.
Step 4: Beat 2 cloves of garlic into mashed garlic.
Step 5: put water in the pot, add 1 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.
Step 6: open the pan with 1-2 drops of cooking oil and bring to a boil.
Step 7: put the lettuce leaves into the pot and blanch them for about 20 seconds.
Step 8: take out the lettuce and set aside.
Step 9: pour oil into the pan, heat up, stir fry garlic.
Step 10: add about 1 ~ 2 tbsp of soy sauce, cooking wine, about 3 ~ 4 tbsp of oyster sauce, stir fry slightly.
Step 11: add some water and bring to a boil. When the soup is almost received, you can start the pot.
Step 12: pour the soup on the surface of blanched lettuce! Enjoy it~

Note: 1. Lettuce blanching time is not too long, or it is not crisp. 2. When there are too many dishes, make more soup to eat. In my photo, the amount is too small, just add some water~
