Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Note: pumpkin steamed more water, glutinous rice flour is relatively more mixed, to give some sugar. Make sure to fry slowly with low heat, turn frequently to make it heated evenly (avoid external paste and internal growth). Choose a deep and small-diameter pot to fry. You can keep a high oil level to fry food without pouring a lot of oil.
