Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a piece of pork, soak in cold water, and draw out blood. Then put radish, onion, scallion and other spices into the sack, pour in 10 cups of cold water and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 2: after the water boils, put in the pork with blood and simmer for 30 minutes. When you see that the pork is about to be cooked, turn down the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Insert the pork with chopsticks. If there is no bleeding water and it is cooked, turn off the fire and let it stand for about 10 minutes before taking it out. Cut into proper size while hot.
Step 3: cut the radish into slightly thick pieces, put in salt and squeeze out water. Cut chestnuts into thin slices, water celery and green onion into 3cm size, and pear into thick slices. Wash the oysters with salt water and put them on the screen to extract water.
Step 4: soak the chilli powder in warm water, then stir the rest of the seasoning to make lettuce seasoning. Add seasoning to the shredded radish and stir until red. Season with salt, add water celery, shallot, chestnuts, stir again, add oysters and pears and stir evenly. Finally, add sesame salt and serve with the cut pork.
