Luoshenhua fruit tea
Introduction:
"Luoshenhua tea, also known as Roselle, is rich in amino acids, protein, organic acids, vitamin C, natural pigments, minerals and hydrosyriac acid. Among them, hibiscic acid is considered to be effective in treating heart disease, hypertension and arteriosclerosis."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare dried Luoshen flower with pear and rock sugar.
Step 2: dice the pear.
Step 3: put luoshenhua Bingtang pear cubes into the pot.
Step 4: add boiling water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, cool slightly and then add honey.

Honey: right amount
Note: Luoshen flower tea should be drunk after meals, which can help digestion of intestines and stomach, but people with deficiency and cold of intestines and stomach should not drink more. It's suitable for both cold and hot drinks. It's delicious to drink at any time after it's iced in summer.
