Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: knock two eggs into the flour and knead them into a smooth dough
Step 2: sprinkle flour evenly on the chopping board and take out the dough
Step 3: first, roll it into a small circle with a rolling pin
Step 4: sprinkle a layer of flour, roll it, keep rolling like this, roll it into a thin circle as shown in the picture
Step 5: Sprinkle the upper part with corn flour puff (anti sticking effect is better than white flour)
Step 6: cut in the middle and fold in half
Step 7: then sprinkle with corn flour
Step 8: make two cuts from the middle (noodles can't be too long)
Step 9: fold together
Step 10: fold again from bottom to top
Step 11: use a knife to cut fine noodles
Step 12: cut the noodles
Step 13: Sprinkle with vegetable oil and mix well by hand
Step 14: spread clean cloth on the steamer and put in the mixed noodles
Step 15: steam for 15 minutes
Step 16: cut the chicken breast into small pieces (there is no pork in Muslim countries, so use chicken instead). If it is pork, it tastes better
Step 17: wash the beans and break them into small pieces
Step 18: slice green onion and cut ginger
Step 19: steam the noodles and pour them into the basin
Step 20: pour a little oil into the pan
Step 21: after the oil is hot, pour in green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant
Step 22: add the diced chicken and stir fry until white
Step 23: add the kidney beans and stir well
Step 24: pour in proper amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly
Step 25: add boiling water without beans, add salt and chicken essence, and cook for two minutes
Step 26: add the steamed noodles
Step 27: stir well, then pour into the steamer (no cloth), steam for 20 minutes
Step 28: is the color beautiful
