Step 4: forget to take a picture again, that is to wrap the pastry with loose water oil skin, and then wrap it like baozi. Then roll it with a rolling pin, roll it into a rectangle, fold both sides to the middle, roll it again, fold it again, roll it again. Then roll from one side.
Step 5: cut the rolled noodles into the size you need with a knife. Cover the unused surface to avoid air drying.
Step 6: take a piece of flour, flatten it with the palm of your hand, and wrap it with a proper amount of jujube mud. Wrap it into a ball.
Step 7: wrap the dough with jujube paste. You can see the layers of water, oil and pastry rolled out by folding.
Step 8: flatten the dough with the palm of your hand and cut it around with scissors, as shown in the picture.
Step 9: twist the surface in step 8 to 90 degrees along the cut place, and the jujube mud will leak out. Put in the baking pan.
Step 10: put all the dough into step 9. Do not cut and twist. Then brush the whole egg liquid in the middle and sprinkle a proper amount of black sesame on the egg liquid to decorate.
Step 11: put in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Pay attention to the fire.
