Production steps:
Step 1: peel and shell longan
Step 2: Lemon meat, or even skin meat, or as long as the juice, personal preferences
Step 3: Boil longan and lemon over high or medium heat until boiling. Turn sugar to low heat and simmer until thick.
Materials required:
Longan: 7 Liang
Lemon: 2 / 3
White granulated sugar: 2 liang
Note: maltose can be added or not.. Don't use aluminum pot or iron pot for lemon. Stir when cooking, preferably with a wooden spoon..
