Production steps:
Step 1: prepare grapes, lemon, rock sugar and water
Step 2: prepare the tools to be used: filter scoop, scoop for froth (two scoops are different, ha) (two kinds of scoops in Figure 5, the big one is filter scoop), glass bottle with sealed cover (please disinfect at high temperature, boil in water or oven at will), wooden shovel (STIR)
Step 3: put proper amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil, pour the washed grapes into the boiling water, blanch for 10 seconds, if the grape skin is not easy to peel, blanch for 10 more, do not take too long, the grapes are easy to rot
Step 4: blanch the grapes, peel them and leave them for use
Step 5: cut the grapes to get the seeds. For seedless grapes, it's better to cut them to make the pulp easier to cook
Step 6: pour 100ml water and 400g rock sugar into the pot, then add the grape skin and bring to a boil
Step 7: remove the astringent juice
Step 8: after boiling the sugar water until it is thick, remove the grape skin and squeeze out the water,
Step 9: add grape pulp and lemon juice to the boiled sugar water, then boil over medium heat and turn to low heat
Step 10: boil until the grapes are crystal clear and the sugar water is thick
Step 11: bottling, in order to exhaust the air in the bottle, do not completely fill the jam when bottling
Step 12: after bottling, turn the jam bottle upside down for more than 30 minutes to exhaust the air in the bottle. Do not move the jam bottle during this time, so as not to affect the formation of pectin

Lemon juice: 25g-30g
Rock sugar: 400g
Water: 100ml-130ml
