Production steps:
Step 1: mix the dough into a medium hard and soft dough and wake up for 30 minutes

Step 6: put the filtered flour paste aside and let it stand for 3-5 hours. Put it in the refrigerator when it's hot.

Step 8: after 4 hours, slowly pour out the clear water on the standing flour paste.
