Stewed COD and tofu with scallion and ginger
Introduction:
"Cod is more common in Toronto. Like salmon, it is also a specialty of Canada. Fresh cod is more expensive. Big cod costs about 15-20 Canadian dollars per pound. In Costco, a famous member store, there are chilled cod fillets, which are much cheaper, but the amount of packaging is too large. And I'll buy the store's frozen Alaskan cod fillets (big, boneless codfillets) for less than C $17 in two pounds. This kind of COD is very suitable for soup, and the taste is delicious, mainly because the price is cheap, you can often eat cod. I'd like to introduce one of my private practices, green onion and ginger with lemon juice, which sets off the delicious cod
Production steps:
Step 1: shred green onion and ginger
Step 2: cut the COD into large pieces
Step 3: cut tofu into small pieces.
Step 4: add a little oil to the frying pan and stir fry the onion and ginger until fragrant.

Step 6: add boiling water.
Step 7: add tofu, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 8: turn to casserole and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and a small amount of monosodium glutamate.

Boiled water: 300 ml

Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice: 1 / 2 tsp
MSG: small amount
Note: * fish soup need to put a little monosodium glutamate to improve taste, secret: as long as a small amount of monosodium glutamate (about 10 particles), the best effect.
