Brocade roll
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare simple materials
Step 2: put water chestnut powder and milk powder together
Step 3: add 100ml water to the powder
Step 4: mix well and prepare for use
Step 5: put the remaining water in the pot, add sugar and bring to a boil over low heat
Step 6: quickly pour the mixture into the sugar water
Step 7: use the waste heat to mix into a semi cooked paste
Step 8: Sprinkle appropriate amount of dried Osmanthus fragrans
Step 9: mix Osmanthus fragrans and powder paste evenly
Step 10: take a plate, apply some salad oil, and pour in the sweet scented osmanthus powder paste
Step 11: sprinkle some osmanthus on the surface of the paste evenly
Step 12: put the plate in the pan
Step 13: steam over medium heat until done, about 10 minutes
Step 14: take it out and let it cool. After that, put it on the ice for 30 minutes for demoulding
Step 15: cut out a powder skin, bottom up, and roll it up
Step 16: fold down and roll up
