Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork. (to make dumplings, use pork leg instead of lean meat)
Step 2: prepare the ingredients for the filling.

Step 10: take a piece of dumpling skin and pack in the right amount of stuffing.
Step 11: make sure you like it. (if you don't know how to make a pattern, it's the same when you squeeze it directly.)
Step 12: wrap them in turn. (if you don't eat it now, put it into the refrigerator for quick freezing. After freezing, it can be stored in fresh-keeping bags.)
Step 13: bring water to a boil, add a little salt and add dumplings.
Step 14: cook until well done and float to the surface. (can be eaten directly or dipped in sauce, as you like)
