Oatmeal grape cookies
Introduction:
"It's delicious and crispy. It takes a short time to make. It's very convenient."
Production steps:
Step 1: pour vegetable oil into a large bowl and beat in eggs
Step 2: pour in brown sugar and sugar
Step 3: stir well, but do not blister
Step 4: in another bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, raisins, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
Step 5: pour the powder mixture in step 5 into the liquid mixture in step 4, and mix it carefully with a rubber scraper to form a moist batter
Step 6: dip some dry powder on your hand, knead a piece of batter and rub it into a ball. Or wear disposable gloves like me and they won't stick.
Step 7: flatten the batter and drain into the baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven. The upper and middle layer of the oven, 150 degrees, about 18 minutes (for reference only, please adjust according to the actual situation of the oven).
Materials required:
Low gluten flour: 100g
Oatmeal: 35g
Raisins: 45g
Baking powder: 1 / 4 teaspoon (1.25ml)
Baking soda: 1 / 4 tsp (1.25ml)
Cinnamon powder: 6250.8 TSP
Eggs: 30g
Salad oil / tasteless vegetable oil: 65 g
Fine granulated sugar: 50g
Brown sugar: 30g
Precautions: 1. The batter of this biscuit is wet. When shaping by hand, you need to dip some dry powder on your hands to prevent sticking. Like me, I don't have this trouble with gloves. 2. If you don't have baking soda, you can replace it with the same amount of baking powder, but the surface of the biscuit is not easy to crack. 3. This kind of biscuit is similar to the palace peach crisp, and tastes crispy, but it's very different from the peach crisp. The inside of the freshly baked biscuit is a little soft, but it will be crisp after cooling. If it is still soft after cooling, it means that the baking time is not enough and it needs to bake a little longer.
