"Red jujube and Chinese wolfberry are the same source of medicine and food. Red jujube can nourish blood and beauty, Chinese wolfberry can improve eyesight and kidney, and drink more Chinese wolfberry and red jujube tea, which can improve the look of people who often stay up late, It can also prevent high blood pressure. Drinking more jujube water can improve the pale complexion and cold hands and feet of the people with anemia. Girls drink it for a period of time after the physiological period, which has a very good effect on the body. My family always has jujube, or boil porridge or water, and I like the sweet smell of jujube powder

Step 10: when the water in the pot is almost evaporated, the color of jujube paste becomes darker and the texture is very viscous. Turn off the fire and let it cool naturally. Then add honey
