Production steps:
Step 1: Earth Poria cocos: what I bought was dry goods. Before making soup, I soaked the unearthed Poria cocos several times to remove the sediment. (fresh Smilax glabra is better)
Step 2: soak lentils in warm water in advance, wash and drain.
Step 3: Boil the water, leave the pig bones to blanch for a few minutes and pick them up.
Step 4: wash with clean water and drain.
Step 5: put all the ingredients in the soup pot.
Step 6: add 8 bowls of water.
The seventh step: cover the lid and turn it into medium heat pot for 1 to 1.5 hours after boiling. After cooking, mix salt, chicken powder, stir well, then drink.

Note: when you buy Smilax glabra, you can ask the stall owner to help you peel and chop it open, then you can make soup directly when you come back. You can also add some job's tears to make soup. My job's tears just ran out, so I didn't add them.
