Steamed bread with milk
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: pure milk, flour, yeast
Step 2: mix sugar with flour, melt yeast with warm water, pour into flour, then add milk, stir into flocculent, knead with hands, do not stick basin and hands
Step 3: knead the plastic film on the back cover and ferment it to twice the size of the original surface
Step 4: knead the fermented dough to drain the air, then knead it long, and cut it into dough of the same size
Step 5: roll into thin wafer and overlap as shown in the figure
Step 6: roll it into a cylinder, and then cut it in the middle of the rolled dough with a knife

White granulated sugar: right amount
Note: don't open the lid after turning off the heat. Simmer for 4-5 minutes and then open it to prevent the steamed bread from shrinking
