Beef with pepper
Introduction:
"This dish was ordered at the weekend when I went out to eat. I thought it was very delicious at the first bite. The beef was thinly sliced and had the flavor of bittern. When I dipped it in the sauce, it had a slightly spicy taste in the acid. Besides the green pepper, it also had the pungent taste of raw garlic. Because the bottom layer was covered with pumpkin, it brought out the sweet taste of pumpkin, which was very memorable. Mom and dad also think it's delicious. They asked me to do it at home in the future. After I came back, I searched the Internet for a long time and found nothing. Did this shop figure it out? I made this dish from my memory. Although it's not as good as the one in the restaurant, my parents don't think it's much worse. I'm proud of it! "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash beef, fragrant leaves, star anise, tangerine peel and shallot;
Step 2: green pepper and pumpkin are ready;
Step 3: put fresh water without beef in the pot, roll the scallion into small circles, tangerine peel, star anise, fragrant leaves, cooking wine and a little salt into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 60 minutes;
Step 4: while stewing beef, dice green pepper, slice pumpkin, chop garlic into foam, and stir starch with 2 tbsp water;
Step 5: when the beef is almost stewed, put the pumpkin slices into the plate and steam them until they are too early to cool;
Step 6: steam in steamer for 15 minutes;
Step 7: beef stew is good, very fragrant, but only a small piece is left;
Step 8: take out the beef, put it on the chopping board, cool it slightly, and cut it into thin slices (it seems that I haven't cut it thin enough);
Step 9: place the beef on the pumpkin and sprinkle the chopped garlic on the beef;
Step 10: start the pot again, add proper amount of oil to heat, stir fry green pepper, add rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chicken essence and salt, stir fry until done, add water and starch to thicken;
Step 11: spread the green pepper on the beef evenly and sprinkle with sesame oil;
Step 12: another one with green pepper
