Production steps:
Step 1: cut the lean meat into large pieces, blanch the blood with ginger slices, and wash it for use;
Step 2: wash the sea dragon with clean water;
Step 3: puff the gills one hour in advance and clean the dust;
Step 4: wash lotus seeds, tangerine peel and jujube a little;
