Radish and mutton soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the mutton into 2 cm small pieces.
Step 2: soak in clean water for 2 hours, and change the water twice.

Step 9: bring to a boil and simmer for one hour until the meat is ripe (please adjust the time according to the size of the mutton). At this time, the soup in the soup pot is clear, without floating foam.
Step 10: add radish, cook until radish is mature, add salt and pepper, if you like coriander, add coriander powder.
