Pea Cake
Introduction:
"Before I saw pea yellow on Junzhi's blog, I really wanted to do it. I wanted to buy peas online and then do it. I didn't expect to see peas when I was shopping in the supermarket. They were still peeling, so I bought some peas to prepare for pea yellow."
Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the peas with water and add enough water for a night. (peas make a lot of fat, so put more water in them.)
Step 2: soak the peas with water and cook for 20 minutes. Crush the peas easily with a spoon.
Step 3: put the cooked peas into the soybean milk machine, add the water to the lower limit of the water level of the soybean milk machine, and use the "fruit and vegetable cold drink" key to break the peas. (my soybean milk machine should put at least 1000 ml of water. We should add water according to our own soybean milk machine.)
Step 4: pour the beaten pea milk into a non stick frying pan and heat it over medium heat. When the pea milk boils like magma and splashes, turn to low heat and stir with a wooden spatula.
Step 5: stir fry peas until the fluidity is poor, and turn off the fire when the trace will not disappear immediately.
Step 6: pour pea puree into a clean fresh-keeping box, scrape the surface with a scraper, let it cool naturally, and then refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 7: after refrigerated, put the pea yellow on the plate, cut it into pieces with a knife or eat it with a spoon.

Note: 1. The soybean milk machine here can be replaced by a blender, so that less water can be added, and the frying process will be shortened; 2. The pea puree does not need to be fried too dry, and the taste will not be smooth enough; 3. The fresh-keeping box containing pea yolk does not need to be smeared with oil, and the frozen pea yolk is easy to demould, just snap it and pat the bottom of the box; 4. Because agar is not added, the pea yolk will still disperse, So use a knife to cut into pieces and then take it lightly. It's best to eat it with a spoon. 5. The sugar in pea yolk can be added more or less according to your personal preference. You can also add some jam when you eat it, but it's better not to add homemade yogurt. I've tried it myself and put the yogurt in it. It doesn't taste good.
