Bacon and wax gourd soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the wax gourd and cut the bacon into small pieces.
Step 2: cut the wax gourd into thicker pieces.
Step 3: add a little oil into the pot, stir fry scallion and ginger, add appropriate amount of water, salted meat slices and salt to taste.
Step 4: cover the pot and cook. Turn to medium heat after boiling.
Step 5: pour in the cut wax gourd.

Scallion: right amount
Note: when the wax gourd is translucent, turn off the heat. The residual heat of the soup is enough to stew all the wax gourd. If it is completely transparent, turn off the heat, the wax gourd will be too rotten.
