Production steps:
Step 1: first melt 10 grams of butter in the microwave oven, then add the eggs and milk, and stir well. Today, I use ordinary Fuqiang flour. I want to see if it can replace low gluten flour. As a result, it's completely OK. There's no need to buy low gluten flour.
Step 2: sift the flour, vanilla powder and baking powder together with the egg milk liquid to make a paste. Due to the different sizes of eggs, the different thinness and consistency of honey and the different water absorption of flour, if you are too dry after mixing, add some milk. If you are too thin, add some flour. The final state is to scoop up the batter drops and slowly disappear.
Step 3: oil both sides of the waffle mold. The amount of the main ingredients (including the loss, such as the batter hanging on the bowl, etc.) is just enough to make two waffles. Mine is a small mold, which needs to be baked twice. If it's a big mold, it's done at one time.
Step 4: spoon the batter onto the mold, and make sure that the four corners of the mold are evenly covered with the batter.
Step 5: first use the medium fire to dry, after hearing the creaking sound, turn over and dry again.
Step 6: turn the fire to the minimum state and wait for the white smoke from the mold gap to disappear slowly. It takes about three minutes.
Step 7: waffles out of the oven (front). I've seen a lot of ways to make waffles. There are many differences in the baking process. When I make waffles twice, the baking methods are not the same. I still have to slowly find out the baking method and time suitable for myself, just like baking bread.
Step 8: This is the back of Huawu cake, which is obviously not as good-looking as the front. The waffles made this time (the second time) are obviously better than those made in the first time. I believe it will be more beautiful next time.
Step 9: both waffles are out.
