Leek box
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the dough according to the ratio of flour: boiling water = 3:1 for 20 minutes. Mix the minced meat with various seasonings and stir fry until done.
Step 2: cool the meat. Cut leeks into 5cm long pieces, mix with salad oil, and then mix with minced meat.
Step 3: divide the dough into the size of a ping-pong ball and roll it into a wafer about twice the thickness of the dumpling skin. Put the two pieces together, squeeze the outer half of the ring tightly, leave an opening, and insert the stuffing into it.
Step 4: after packing the stuffing, pinch the skin tightly, and then fold out the pattern.
Step 5: heat the pan with oil and fry the box until golden on both sides.
Step 6: cut. Translucent hot face is burnt outside and tender inside. Leeks are crisp and sweet.
