Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork, freeze until firm, take it out and cut it into thin slices.
Step 2: shred onion, slice ginger and mince garlic.
Step 3: barbecue sauce is ready.
Step 4: put pork in a bowl, sprinkle with shredded ginger, garlic and onion, and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Step 5: mix well and seal with plastic film. Refrigerate overnight for better taste.
