Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: cut beef, white radish, mushroom, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, coriander (for decoration) and red pepper (for decoration).
Step 3: blanch the beef in cold water. When blanching, put half of ginger slices and cooking wine into the pot, blanch well and then take out for standby.
