Production steps:
Step 1: deal with the pig's feet, cut into large pieces, put them into boiling water pot, blanch the bleeding water, take them out and wash them with cold water.
Step 2: wash the bamboo shoots and dry them in a frying pan.
Step 3: star anise, tangerine peel, caokuo, chili sauce
Step 4: put oil in the pot, saute star anise and other spices, pour in pig's feet, then put 2 tbsp rice wine to promote aroma, put 3 times water, bring to a boil over high heat, and boil over low heat for about 40 minutes.
Step 5: then add the bamboo shoots and cook them to make the pig feet and bamboo shoots taste mixed. Add in the chili sauce and serve.

Bamboo shoots: 200g
Pig feet: 500g
Star anise: right amount
Tsaokuo: moderate amount
Tangerine peel: appropriate amount
Ginger: right amount
Chili sauce: right amount
Note: bamboo shoots and pig feet should be cooked separately and then combined. Cooking together will destroy the characteristics of the ingredients.
