Production steps:
Step 1: preparation: Bacon, eggs, flour, pepper, salt, shallot
Step 2: cut the bacon into small pieces
Step 3: the number of shallots depends on their own taste. Chop them into scallions
Step 4: egg to a small amount of pepper, a small amount of salt (bacon salty, salt do not give too much), beat into egg
Step 5: pour in flour and scallion and knead well. When kneading noodles is too dry, add a little water. (I don't need to give too much flour. I guess I can fry a plate.)
Step 6: finally pour in the bacon and mix well
Step 7: pour proper amount of oil into the pot to preheat
Step 8: spoon the noodles into the pan and spread them out
Step 9: use the shovel to turn at any time to avoid being fried
Step 10: deep fry until both sides are golden, then remove
Step 11: eat while frying. It's delicious, so you won't feel fat
