Zhixiang Peanut Biscuit
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: get all the ingredients ready.
Step 2: add sugar powder into the egg liquid and stir until the egg liquid turns light.
Step 3: add 30g corn oil into the egg liquid in three times, and beat until the egg paste is thick.
Step 4: add 2 teaspoons of sesame paste and stir well. (sesame paste is just bought. It's rather thin.)
Step 5: add peanut powder and mix well.
Step 6: sift in the low powder.
Step 7: stir well to form a soft dough.
Step 8: divide the dough into small pieces of about 9g, gently knead them with the palm, and then slightly flatten them.
Step 9: take a flattened small flour cake and put it into the biscuit mold, and gently press it with your fingers, so that the flour cake can be clearly printed with patterns.
Step 10: then put the die mouth of the biscuit mould down on the table and gently push out the biscuit blank.
Step 11: carefully move the biscuits into the baking tray and continue to finish all. Preheat oven: 130 ℃ for 12 minutes, turn off the heat after 8 minutes, and continue to heat until the end of time. Wait for the oven temperature to cool naturally before taking out the biscuit.
Materials required:
Low powder: 115g
Cooked peanut flour: 50g
Sesame paste: 2 teaspoons
Powdered sugar: 45g
Corn oil: 30g
Whole egg liquid: 26G
Note: here refers to the sesame paste 2 spoons, is the general dining medium spoon. The temperature and time of baking are set according to the firepower of my oven, just for reference.
