Production steps:
Step 1: raw material map (soak Tremella half a day in advance)
Step 2: wash the horseshoe and peel it (be sure to clean it, otherwise there will be sediment)
Step 3: then cut the horseshoe into small pieces
Step 4: cut Sydney into small pieces, too
Step 5: prepare the pot (I use the electric pressure cooker, it's easier to make in the morning, the casserole is better), and pour the Sydney pieces into the pot
Step 6: pour in the horseshoe
Step 7: add two pieces of rock sugar
Step 8: tear the soaked Tremella into small pieces and pour them into the pot
