Introduction:

"Just after the Dragon Boat Festival, there are some leftover materials left after wrapping the black rice and peanut dumplings. Make use of them to make steamed bread smell like the Dragon Boat Festival."

Production steps:

Step 1: the raw materials are shown in the figure

Step 2: put all the raw materials (except Zongye) into the pot and mix well

Step 3: knead into a smooth dough and ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes

Step 4: after the dough is obviously expanded, knead for 10 minutes to exhaust

Step 5: with the help of a kitchen knife, shape the dough into strips with triangular cross section

Step 6: cut into two parts

Step 7: take a side diagonal line as the cutting line (the knife mark shown in the figure) and cut it with a kitchen knife in a sawing way to form two triangular cones
