Many ghosts say that if the egg yolk protein is put into the avocado together, the yolk will be overcooked and lose its delicate taste. Therefore, we must separate the yolk and protein cooking Oh! Production steps:
Step 1: cut the avocado in half, remove the shell, dig out some pulp with a spoon, and leave enough space for a whole egg.
Step 2: cut off the skin on the back of one piece of avocado, so that the avocado can be heated evenly in the oil pan.
