Lemon curd
Introduction:
Lemoncurd is also called lemon mayonnaise, lemon honey. It's a super easy to make sauce for dessert. It can be used with lemon protein tarts, muffins, macarons, scones, cheesecake and so on. Production steps:
Step 1: the material is ready, the lemon juice must be sifted and the butter softened at room temperature
Step 2: mix the egg, sugar and lemon juice evenly and heat them in water
Step 3: keep stirring during heating. After about 5 minutes, the liquid will be free from heat when it becomes curd
Step 4: sift the curd with heat to remove the pimples, add butter and mix well
Step 5: add lemon dander, mix well and refrigerate

Salt free butter: 18g
Lemon peel: 1 teaspoon
Note: 1. When shaving lemon peel, it's easier to use frozen lemon. Peel lemon first and squeeze lemon juice. 2. Frozen lemon curd will become thicker, which can be used with cakes, muffins, scones or various fillers. It has many uses
