From waste to delicacy -- roasted pigskin
Introduction:
"Roasted pigskin is one of the barbecues I must order every time I go to the barbecue stand. I like the soft and q-full feeling of pigskin. Pork skin is rich in collagen, which can promote cell water storage, alleviate skin aging and smooth fine lines. Moreover, pig skin plays an important role in physiological health care of human skin, tendons, bones and hair. However, many families discard meat skin as waste. This roast skin can turn meat skin from waste into a favorite delicacy for everyone. "
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the pigskin with eyebrow forceps, scrape it clean with a knife, and then put it into a skillet to cook.
Step 2: wash the cooked pigskin with cold water, then put it on the chopping board and scrape off the grease.
Step 3: cut the treated pigskin into 3 cm wide strips, and then slice it with an inclined blade.
Step 4: string the pig skin with bamboo sticks.
Step 5: put the pig skin into the preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes.
Step 6: put the soy sauce and barbecue seasoning powder into the small dish respectively.
Step 7: take out the pigskin after roasting for 3 minutes, evenly brush with soy sauce, then brush with hemp barbecue seasoning powder.
