Plum Yogurt Cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the butter into small pieces and melt it. Then add the yogurt and mix it. Set aside.
Step 2: Chop prunes and set aside.
Step 3: separate egg yolk and protein, and put them into oil-free and water-free containers.
Step 4: add a few drops of lemon juice to the protein, add sugar three times, beat until hard foaming, add egg yolk, cut and mix well.
Step 5: sift in the low powder, cut and mix evenly.
Step 6: slowly add the cooled yogurt butter, quickly cut and mix evenly to avoid defoaming.
Step 7: pour the cake paste into the baking pan covered with oil paper and smooth it.
Step 8: Sprinkle chopped prunes, pick up the baking tray and shake a few times to make big bubbles.
Step 9: put into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down 165 degrees, 30 minutes.
Step 10: when the surface of the cake is golden yellow, it can be baked.
Step 11: turn it upside down on the grill and tear off the oil paper while it's hot.
Step 12: turn over the cake after it cools down, face up, and cut it into small pieces.
