Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials needed.
Step 2: soak black fungus in warm water.
Step 3: wash, remove impurities and tear them into small pieces. After boiling, drain the water. (I forgot to take a picture at this step.)

Note: this fungus mixed cucumber is slightly sour and spicy, and a little pickled pepper flavor, the taste is very fresh and refreshing. I didn't deliberately calculate the specific amount of seasoning, because everyone's tastes and preferences are different, which is the so-called "it's hard for everyone to adjust". So when cooking, you just need to increase or decrease the amount of seasoning according to your own taste.
