Almond Matcha biscuit
Introduction:
"Recently, it's very popular to add Matcha powder with bitter taste to any dessert, which brings special taste to the customers."
Production steps:
Step 1: mix baking powder, flour and salt
Step 2: mix eggs, vanilla, almond extract, rapeseed oil, sugar, stir well, then add water mixed Matcha, stir well, then add flour, until even.
Step 3: use ice cream spoon or other tools to open the ice cream and put it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
Step 4: preheat the oven 170-200 (depending on individual situation) and bake for about 10 minutes until there is a little burnt color at the bottom.
Step 5: then come out to air for 10 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar or some more Matcha powder!

Sugar: 3 / 4 spoon
Almond extract: 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
Matcha: 2 teaspoons
Water: 2 teaspoons
Rapeseed oil: 2 / 3 spoon
Powdered sugar: 1 teaspoon
Note: the spoon here means the cup. I made it with the cup that I usually measure rice
