Production steps:
Step 1: seal the cake frame with baking paper and preheat the oven at 180 ℃.

Step 3: add 30g sugar into the egg white, beat it white with the egg beater, drop two drops of lemon juice, and continue to beat until it is dry (the protein can be lifted into an upright sharp corner).
Step 4: mix a quarter of the beaten egg white and yolk paste evenly, then add the remaining egg white and mix in the same way (just mix evenly, don't mix all the time).

Step 11: Boil 100g light cream, add 100g bitter and sweet chocolate, stir well, and stir again after five minutes.
Step 12: take the cake out of the refrigerator, place it on the iron shelf, and pour 11% chocolate on it.
